While Hot 100 FM approves, publishes, and broadcasts almost all

public service announcements, we reserve the right to decline

media coverage to any event.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A COMMUNITY EVENT /

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT?

_________________________________________________________

-An event that is raising money for a non-profit,

or for an Idahoan in need.


-An event that raises awareness of issues concerning

residents of Southern Idaho.


-An event that provides free services (such as free clinics)

to residents of Southern Idaho.

WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY AS A COMMUNITY EVENT /

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT?

_________________________________________________________

-Events that donate less than 50% of its proceeds to a

non-profit or person in need.


-Events for profit.

NOTE: Due to the large amount of PSAs being requested,

you must submit your request for an on-the-air PSA at least

2 weeks prior to the event. Otherwise it will

be posted our community calendar.


Also note, you will receive an email with an appointment

request from Janaan James to record your PSA. Please

reply as soon as possible so she can schedule you.
